Balgus82 has spotted a post on Matt Mercer's Facebook Page (currently set to friends only). He announced this:
CLARIFICATION:
Balgus82 clarified the wording of Matt's post. Also, thanks to ThundercatsNOW for hosting the pic of the crew in the booth. With the pic, Matt said:
"From inside the booth this morning. A bunch of talented knuckleheads."
And when people guessed who they were, he said:
"Madeline (Hall), Robin (Atkins Downes), and Will (Friedle). You guys were right on!"
Hopefully this is a sign that any hesitation on Cartoon Network or WB's part has been resolved and this series will continue on. Keep on watching the episodes folks, the more viewers, the better the news will continue to get.

Wanted to make very clear that this is a boys sized shirt. It is listed as such on the Old Navy site, but wanted our readers to be absolutely clear to avoid confusion.
At Anime Matsuri, Matthew Mercer, the voice of Tygra on the new Thundercats cartoon, held a panel. In it he candidly discussed where the series stands and how it's doing. Here are some bullet points from the panel, courtesy of LioConvoy at the Thundercats Lair Forums:
• Cartoon Network is supposedly skeptical about doing Season 2
• Season 2 (second 26 episodes) have been ordered, but not yet produced
• Toys were not selling well to kids
• Thundercats moved to Saturdays to draw more kids in to buy the toys and watch the show
• Cartoon ratings have at least doubled since move to Saturday mornings
• He said watching it legally, and buying the merchandise is best way to support the franchise

Game Trailers has a video interview with Austin Keys. He is a producer for Namco Bandai of America. In the video, we get confirmation that Lion-O is the only playable character. It also gives us our first look at the gameplay in motion.
We get to see Lion-O calling upon Tygra to clear out a screen filled with enemies. We also get to see how combat will work, which looks fairly basic. Run, jump, slash, rinse and repeat. Levels will be based on locations from the cartoon and both Slithe and Mumm-Ra have been confirmed as enemies in the game. No word on more recent show additions like Kaynar and Addicus. For now, you can check out the brief video below.
