As you said...do keep Vintage loose..even a good complete Bengali can be as much as £100 worth. MOC over £300. So good idea.

Well I am looking to plan a trip to a large USA expo for next year and trying to get together a few Thundercat collectors from UK. This all needs to be planned well in advance as we all are feeling the pinch of the recession. There are a few expos in NYC next year.... If a group booking is made its much cheaper than to go alone... anyways what would be better than going to expo with group of collectors :)

    Anyways think about it.....

Not sure why I started collecting Moc .... It's certainly not for money or investment , but I just get a thrill of seeing them all shiny in the packet along with the various designs on the cards ..... Plus I love to hang them and just Gael in awe lol ... Very sad I know. But I do get the strong urge to open them sometimes and pose them so I am going to start buying loose ones (will probably make my vintage collection largely loose as like u said its much cheaper and they actually look better out of their boxes for some reason.

I really do envy the Americans .... So many conventions and also they always get the newest stuff months ahead of us .... I'd love to go if I could afford it as they sometimes have guest appearances by the likes of Larry Kenney and earl Hyman etc .... The good old legendary voice cast .

Everything is bigger and better in the states much to my jealousy lol

Hahaha I'm kinda opposite you in terms that I've decided to collect newer stuff while its cheap and concentrate on getting hold of vintage bits when I have some extra money to treat myself as I like to go for mint in box . My latest purchases have been the icon heroes cats lair (not cheap lol). Mezcos New range of classic thundercats and of course Bandai's latest stuff (got the sdcc liono just recently even though I have two of the retail ones lol).
I really wanna get more vintage ones now because I only have a handful. (definately on the look out for a vintage Moc Panthro as he was my favourite as a kid ).
I'm not diggin modern Panthro or his sideburns.

Have you seen the brand new still sealed thundertank on eBay ? It's got a buy now of over 600 quid lol. Wish I could justify spending that much because it looks amazing.

Wow ... excellent collection my friend. hahaha I was beginning to think I was the only brit here lol.
My collection is still fairly small compared to yours (I'll get some pics up soon) but Im collecting the new series figures too as it has grown on me a little although it still cannot take the place of the classic series for me.

I noticed you have a Bengali amongst your collection (I nearly picked him up the other day but got outbid on the last 3 seconds grrrr)
