I'm liking Pumyra's design. Her costume is very much like the OS's.

Perhaps I am being picky here but why does her facial markings overlap her hair? Seems a bit off. Also Dobo instantly made me think of Oenomaus from Spartacus. And it sounds like he is being voiced by the same actor that voiced the antagonist Tiger character in "Native Son".

I like her. Think she's prettier than Cheetara. Especially in the concept art.

It's all fur. They're cats. Some fur is just shorter in some places than others.

It's why (for example) Tygra has a white face instead of flesh tone.

The toy line better not tank before we get a Pumyra figure. Seriously Bandai, there's a short list of must have characters that have already been on the new series. Get on it already!

I really can't wait until we get to see her in a better mood, judging by the concept art she's very pretty when she smiles. I can't help but love her, she's nothing I expected and yet everything I wanted, and still my favorite Thundercat (and I still want to rub her fuzzy little ears).

Looks like this'll definitely be an interesting episode. Pumyra looks great, and I'm liking the varied looks to the dogs. I'm curious to see what Panthro's part to this story will be...

Kaynar probably dominated the pit I would've liked to see that

She doesn't seem to like Lion-O much. Maybe she blames him because he choose to spare the lives of the lizards, who then went on to attack Thundera.

Kaynar would've eaten anyone who went into the pit for dinner.

Is it me or are these two (Kaynar & Addicus) always hungry?

Mumm-Ra's not feeding them enough, tsk tsk.

It would be cool if they did a wave of figures with Kaynar, Pumyra, Jaga, and Atticus. Not sure how likely it is just wishful thinking right now.

Why, oh, why do I get the ugly feeling we're going to get a rerun next week? They're going to bring these two characters together (one of whom was hotly anticipated) and then just leave us hanging for a week or two.

Wikipedia says Curse of Ratilla is May 5th, so I think we're in the clear.

Wikipedia isn't exactly reliable on projecting air dates. I remember them having the episodes after Between Brothers running through December.

However TVguide.com does indeed have Curse of Ratilla as the 5th.

We did have the Crew of Omens tumblr stating that it'd be airing at that time...then CN decided to give us a hiatus. :I

the crew was only confirming the episode titles. not the air dates.

Finally they are making Pumyra interesting! I hoenstly don't remember her doing anything memorable in the old series. I wonder what's her beef with Lion-O?

Dobo (which is actually, a name in hungarian...) is awesome. I always liked dobermann dogs. :) And the other designs are cool too! I wonder if the robot who can throw his own head as a spiked ball is some hommage from the old show.

If a romance between Lion-O and Pumyra is to happen, it could be a counterpoint to Tygra and Cheetara.

Pumyra and Lion-O might continue to have some clashes down the road. Maybe she'll be the rebel in the group that doesn't see Lion-O as the king.

Pumyra is just beautiful. I hope she is feisty (kind of like Teela in MOTU).

PS: Read your fanfic. Interested in seeing where you'll take it now that we know she is anything but the soft medic!

I'll try to do with "Curse of Ratilla" what I did with "The Pit" if we ever get an official synopsis and I have the time. In the meantime I may work on something with the two of them. She needs to get caught up on their adventures.

i was so happy to see Pumyra appear in this series! although im disappointed she doesnt use her sling shot thing anymore...but im glad she's in!!!
