The Thundercats short, Snarf: Butterflies Blues airs December 6th at 6:58 PM EST on Cartoon Network. Use this thread as a discussion leading up to, during and after it airs.

cool but question any idea when episode 14 is supposed to air?

I thought it was cute. Too bad they didn't show Lion-o's mom. It reminded me of Hercules and Pegasus a little though.

I'm glad for this site otherwise I wouldn't have known it was on.

Don't have a link. I don't think many people watched it/knew it was on. I only remembered because i wrote it down on my calendar.

But baby Lion-O's body looked a little awkward..

Was the cameo the father? I didn't really notice anything else noteworthy...

Yeah, Claudus' voice and feet showed up.

Reminded me a lot of the Buttons & Mindy sketches from Animaniacs!

Love that intro banner with Snarf's smiling face - a throwback to classic Disney and Warner Brothers cartoons. The short itself is too darn adorable; poor Snarf, a victim of his own dedication.

It was cute. A throwback to old looney tunes and the like, it felt like one of those "Buttons & Mindy" shorts from Animaniacs, but with a better ending. Very cute, silly, fun, reccomend to anyone wanting a quick laugh!

I'm glad someone posted the Snarf short. It's in the same category as the Looney Toons cartoons. We get to see that Snarf has helped raised Lion-O and what Lion-O is like as a baby. It's cute and lovable. I hope they put out more of these Thundercats shorts or Snarf should get his own spin-off.

Did anyone else notice the third person with Claudus and Jaga? Could that be Lion-O's mother???

Really enjoyed Snarf's vocalisations and the outro music was brill.

They should put that in the main show as a 'sting' just for giggle the once.

I think the cameo is supposed to be jagara

That was awesome! Loved the nod to Animaniacs too. The entire thing was a giant reference to Buttons and Mindy down to even how the father spoke off camera and Baby Lion-O's hair.

It was very fun! I liked it! I like this Snarf! :)

Actually, that's Snarfer, Snarf's nephew. The belt and shoulder strap were worn by him, not Snarf.

Osbert's nephew actually. Oswald was the one who owed Snarfer's uncle fifty Thunder-dollars.

Still find it hilarious baby lion-o has Mindy's hairstyle. Talk about obvious nods everyone is missing, instead they keep calling it a looney tunes rip off when all the clues are there to who they were nodding. xD

I found the You tube version a little pixely is their a proper HD version to download any place as yet ?

I finally watched this yesterday on YouTube. It's cute. My son sat with me while I was watching it and he seemed to enjoy it as well.
