does anyone know if theres a checklist for the new cards yet?

Captn's list is one we compiled on another site. As we got cards, we made the list by hand.

anyone up to trade cards? i have some im looking to get rid of but ive got no place to do it, all the comic/hobby shops closed in my area. Every thing i have up for trade is listed here http://www.thundercats.ws/tc2011-cards-trade-13361/

Question for those that have them, are they worth getting into? I haven't seen them yet, but I also haven't been looking too hard for the. They're what...three bucks a pack? (been quite some time since I bought trading cards).

yeah something like that. I bought 3 packs just to see what they are. they are cool, but I still need to complete my vintage figure line and would rather put my money into that.

plus you can buy a complete set of the trading cards on ebay for about $30 shipped. I bet it would cost you double the amount to buy blind packs. plus, I am not really a card collector. So i passed on them after my initial 3 packs.

Id say get a pack or 2 and see if you like them or not, $3 is a bit much for 8 cards (i remember paying $3 for 15) but the foils are cool and theres artwork that you probably wont see anywhere else. Check target cause so far thats the only place ive been able to find them, they'll be on the wall in a box next to the pegs. If you do like them then its up to you if you just want to buy a pack here and there or buy a case. I buy a pack every week or two but am thinking about getting a case for my birthday.

I'll be up for trading soon. I ordered a box online and my daughter and I will be opening the packs over the next few weeks and would love someone to trade with =o) Stay in touch!

Thanks for the input guys. I'll have to check Target the next time I'm there (probably tomorrow). I might pick up one pack out of curiosity, and if I like them I'll probably pick up a couple more packs. If I get into them I would definitely be up for trading. Buying a complete set wouldn't seem right, tbh. Sort of ruins the fun of it.

Edit: Didn't think this deserved a completely new post. Went to Target and saw the little display thing for them, but they seemed to be out when I was there (the whole card section was a bit jumbled). I'm confident I'll see them eventually, so I'll get at least one pack sometime.

Is there a game to it or just card collecting?

as far as i can tell theres no game they're just trading cards, why they are listed as a trading card game in some places is beyond me. A card game would be cool though, tired of playing magic the gathering.


On another note i just added more cards to my trade list

oh that sucks, back to yugioh and magic them..or i'll look more in to the rodakai thing more

I still need to collate my cards. I'm sure I'll have some doubles so I'll check back here soon to see if anyone whats to deal.

my doubles & triples keep staking up last pack i got was all doubles or triples except for the foil, feel free to look at my trade list and see if theres anything you want. Link is a few posts up.

If you cant find em ill sell you some of mine, ive got enough doubles & triples to make you a few packs and there wont be any doubles.

stopped by target today and the thundercat cards were replaced with battleship dogtags, guess i wont be completing the set.
