Is this a Thundercat?

I picked this up at a yard sale and he's marked "(C) 1988 Telepix Made in Macao", but I don't recognize him. Is he from Thundercats? When you pull the lever on his back down, it turns a crank and the light on his chest lights up.

I search through junk toy boxes at yard sale after yard sale all summer and the best I find are modern toys for my kids... and you found a SteelWill SilverHawk with Ultrasonic suit. *sigh*

My brother has that kind of luck too...without knowing much about the Silver Hawks toyline, I could tell he was a Silver Hawk--just from the DVD I have. Great find. Lucky you.
