At the moment I use a resin that has a shore hardness of 70, so it'll be hard enough. Though at the 4" scale it mostly likely won't be that hard be definitely harder, no firmer than the Bandai...

Yup, I'll be doing those including the 'chucks! Chucks will basically be the same thing but paintable unlike the soft rubbery plastic Bandai uses.
