I own one now and can confirm its a bai-2. Still convinced the trading card versions were meant to be a retailer exclusive. And since the line failed they were unloaded to 5 Below.

Noticed another thing while looking at my figures. Above the UPC there is a code. if its says BAI - its first release, BAI-1 its a revision figure, BAI-2 its another revision of an item. So CN Logo...
