I was trying to find pics of the Safari Joe variant I mentioned, but the links were dead. It was sold by Hollywood Heroes a couple of years ago.

I did find this pic of the Lion-O variant LiarDice mentioned, with the extending sword. Look at Mumm-Ra, he looks like a hybrid of the regular version and the unreleased early version that just sold. He has arms spread like the early version but the hands and legs of the released version. I'm guessing they altered the arms when the ditched the idea of including the cape.

It's hard to tell from the low res pic, but I think the sword for Lion-O looks mocked up. Like they chopped a regular sword down rather than making it truly telescopic.
