If T/C thing didn't happen, lion-o doesn't get into the big fight where panthro came and helped them and he wouldn't take them up the mountain. He would've been focus on the other stone and not be dead.

So it looks like he couldn't rise above his own feelings of discontent after realizing Cheetara and Tygra had feelings for each other and does have a lesson to learn.

I can't wait for the episodes to finally air so I can see it for myself instead of relying on second and third hand information.
