Well so far from the spoilers we see that the main focus is still L/C despite T/C running. I think that's was part of WB's boss orders to Jelenic. We still getting another L/C cheek kiss again after Ep13. From Legacy Panthera gave 3-4 cheek kisses before the big kiss, so that symbolizes the long L/C joerney of the triangle. The writing is already so bad that and laughable it is safe and easy to assume they will make "boom" L/C happened properly later on, despite all the mess.
