If lion-o has to grow up, what about tygra. For being an adult, he is really immature. So, I guess both need to grow up.

Not really because leo isn't lion-o. In the book when lion-o relives leo's life he didn't know what to do and needed panthera to help him just like in his own life cheetara tries to help him. The only difference is that panthera is competent and cheetara isn't. Panthera was leo's second in command while i doubt cheetara could be that for lion-o
