Vultaire shows no signs of working for Mumm-ra. So either his people get captured to make him work for Mumm-ra or the TC pretty much *bleep* over the birds making them side with Mumm-ra.

Also the way Pumyra took out the guards to get Vultaire and the way the kittens were scaling the building; Assassin's Creed vibe.
