We don't even know if they are together as a couple yet. Remember in the OS tygra can create illusions with his mind maybe the trip into the astral plane with the help of mum-ra triggered that ability because those seemed to be his memories that were recreated and he created his own sword of omens so maybe what lion-o saw wasn't even real.
