But think on this.

Leo and Lion-O are both Lions. Tygus and Tygra are both Tigers.

Panthera and Cheetara are completely different types of cat from each other.

Even if Lion-O and Tygra are reincarnations I definitely don't think Cheetara is because she doesn't fit that pattern.
