Avatar was HOT, and Bandai didnt think the girls were gunna sell, so they didnt make them, and the rest of the series was canned and a few of wave 3 slipped out in Hong Kong. They really botched bad.

I had no idea that Bandai produced Avatar toys based off of the cartoon series.
