Tygra was never at retailers and certainly was never on clearance. He either hasn't made it to stores yet or will never be in stores. He has been up for sale on a tiny number (2? 3?) of online retailers and no one has sold him for less than $17.99. Usually you need to buy a case of 2 Tygras, 1 Lion-O, and 1 Cheetrara.
