Though Transformers 3 got nominated this year, it didn’t “win” any Razzie Awards. As Optimus Prime of 2005 Boards reported, TF3 was nominated for the following categories:

Worst Picture
Worst Supporting Actress (Rosie Huntington-Whitely)
Worst Supporting Actor (Patrick Dempsey)
Wost Screen Ensemble (The Entire Cast)
Worst Director (Michael Bay)
Worst Screen Couple (Shia Lebeouf & Rosie Huntington-Whitely)
Worst Screenplay
