I think E13 was throw us off. If T/C was meant to be, they would have fleshed it out more. They have 39 episodes to work with. It is one thing to have a crush on someone, Love on the other hand takes time to build. They have been building that for 12 episodes until the last one.

Tygra will get puymra or someone else. I believe he was a big hit with the ladies. Everyone loved tygra in the kingdom. Tygra could have had anyone. He was flirting with cheetara without knowing it was her.
