I found a pretty good shade of red that comes very close to the vintage RS color of red, bright but not too dark. I painted the whole boat red because I felt if i left the hull black (i used a TRU Moray for this) it would be too much "black" for the "Red Shadows". It ends up being a LOT of red, though. I tried to break it up by adding a black background to a lot of the decals, trying to mimic the early paper Action Force decals. The Moray stickers are from Ruben, the Red Shadows are from Cobrastickers. I considered leaving the black Moray snake off the side of the boat, but it looks so striking next to the bright red. MasterCollector kind of established a link between the Shadows and Cobra, so maybe it was a gift from Cobra Commander or something.
