There is no caste system among the thundercats. In the cast system if you are born poor you stay poor. Tygra would not have been adopted by the king if that were the case nor would panthro and grune move up the ranks. And cheetara must have been poor as a child but she didn't have a tail either. There are social differences but it doesn't prevent promotion like a caste system would
