The women cat thougth it was leo, not lion-o. It wasn't real either.

I know that was lion-o who said that, but I thougt that was place there by the writers for the L/C angle.

Lion-o had to do everything leo did to be worthy of the BoO so it would not be closed to him.

Lion-o was depending on her and she was giving him support.
