They did not cuddle up. They were just sitting and sleeping next to each other, and their faces weren't showing any kinds of "romanticism", though of course it's subjective to each individuals viewing the scene. In any case, Tygra himself even admitted it that Cheetara "was into" Lion-O, this was direct from the "boyfriend"
