Panthro is arriving in the mail, and showing up at EVERY online retailer. But... Two weeks later and the online orders from Mezco's website for the SDCC 2-Pack Mumm-Ras are still "Processing"?!?!?

Anyone have input. A couple other sites have mentioned this too. Are supplies running low (wasn't it only supposed to be 600 total made?)? Are they still swamped from the convention? Several folks on this site mentioned no response from online questions and emails, and a phone number with a full voicemail?!?!?!

Will wee see them soon, or are we soon to receive apology letters saying they can not ship any more?

Personally, I have had 2 prior problems from the Mezco site itself... BOTH times, stock was out, but the site was never updated. Same thing this time so far, 2 weeks out, card WAS charged, but the authorization dropped off since it was never processed within 10 days.

The Cats we are getting from them are AMAZING! But I fear dealing direct may be a stumbling stone going forward.

I registered on the site to ask about issues with Mezco Direct sales. Apparently I'm not the only one with issues.

Call them, and don't bother leaving a message. I left two and the guy in charge of customer service didn't respond. When I got hold of him, I also asked him both times I called in to respond via email to verify what's going on. Nada. What's worse, my order appeared to be non-existent! Had to issue a PayPal dispute to prove my order wasn't made up... WTF?

Long story short... while I dig Mezco's wares... I highly doubt I'd buy wares from them anymore. TBH, I almost rather pay the markups from BBTS knowing they're reliable and take care of packages.

To make a long story short...

1) Zero updates from my order that was supposedly consistent of In-Stock wares for two weeks.
2) Customer Service rep did not reply to emails.
3) Two direct calls yields that my order *DID NOT EXIST*
4) Rep instructs me to issue a PayPal dispute in order to verify/fix the order blunder.
5) I request email/written proof regarding the issue *and* verification for the order ship.
6) No email from rep, but my order arrives, but looks like one box was drop-kicked multiple times. (Considering said item is a 'Con exclusive, a bent box... FFS)

Anyone else having problems with them? Really, I enjoy their wares, but this experience is a good deal frustrating... don't you think?

my order was still processing well after sdcc 12 but i sent in an inquiry and was promptly returned a shipping confirmation. mine is supposed to be here today.

Mine came in!
My box was badly damaged so I decided to take him out for display.
I agree the box has no display window and is a bit lame so I don't mind letting mum rah live outside.
Now when should I expect panthro?

And I'm honestly quite annoyed that the box was badly damaged on mine. The art for the Mumm'Ra 2-pack is fantastic. Not only that... well, as a Collector's item, you kind of want your boxes to also be pristine usually. This is far from it.

Wasn't just UPS shipping. Sorry, but the shipping box had wasn't beat up... the packaging for Mumm-ra has *several* dents on it. Just look!



The tape on top was already cut when I took it out even...

I should consider it. But I get the feeling they'll just ask why I didn't call the day I received the package rather than half a week later.

On one hand... the contents are fine, and it's mostly what matters to me. But on the other hand... if I would want or need to resell it... I'm going to have a problem just because collectors will want to pay less due to the nature of a mangled box.

Bit ambivalent about it atm... mostly out of not wanting to deal with this headache much longer. Really, I still have *zero* emails in my inbox from Mezco regarding the Order/Shipment.

In fact, I can't log in to their site, nor get requests for resetting my password. TBH, I'm glad PayPal exists for this reason. If they "lost" my account data... imagine if it included specifics like CC info?
