Found these munchkins at Toys R Us. Some can move their arms. Not much articulation at all. $27.99. Didn't buy them, usually pass on stuff without much articulation. Set seemed pricey too.
I'm surprised Bandai hasn't tried matching Mattel's Imaginext and/or Hasbro's newer Heroes lines. Those have standard articulation like ball jointed shoulders, swivel necks, swivel wrists and hinged legs(connected together though). These Thundercats are like Hasbro's older Galactic Heroes and Super Hero Squad, preposed with limited articulation. These are smaller too btw. |

With the exception of Panthro, this is a pretty cute set. Though I'd rather see them sold on an individual bases, tbh.

Saw this along with the Armor of Omens, Tiger Flyer, and the new classics at Toys R Us today. Way over priced.

Not at 30 bucks (tax). 15 yes. But it doesnt matter, my local TRU's all stopped carrying Thundercats for some reason and replaced the spot with fanboy and chum chum clearance items.

These ought to be sold singly or even blindpacked, but even then, the lack of articulation kills the appeal for me. Had they been at the very least, like Playmobil I would buy.

Saw them today as well. Definetly not worth $27. Maybe like $19.99. Blind packs would be fun but like $4 tops each.

Was really looking forward to this, but a bit disappointed. Was hoping for Imaginext-type stuff. But this seems more akin to Galactic Heroes, which is still fun.
IF they get here to the UK, I'll probably pick them up. I'm a sucker for little versions of figures I love... have a real soft spot for the original "miniature" Thundercats line! |

Saw them this weekend. Price is a little steep for what is there. They're about $10 too much right now.

I like them. Are they a TRU exclusive?

I don't believe they are. Nothing we've heard/seen about them has said they're TRU exclusives. TRU tends to put out toy releases like this earlier than other retailers, so it's just a matter of time before it starts showing up elsewhere (wave two of the 4" and 6" figures still haven't shown up around my area).

I like the SHS style but would prefer these in the classic style. Price isn't too bad but I wouldn't consider these until it's around 19.99.

Any ideas on UK release dates? I've done a quick search, but can't find anything as yet. I'm hoping it won't be too long if they're already out Stateside. I want these for my desk at work

I saw these last week at the Toys R Us in Pinole, CA. Cute but I think I'll pass.
