Well Here is a link to a deluxe slithe that i found on KMART!!! For those of us who haven't gotten our deluxe wave 2, and our 6 inch tygras, fear not. Here is proof of the first retail store to offer.

Not very good proof. They're out of stock, as mentioned. Furthermore K-mart has been notorious for not sending the actual product even when in stock. There was a to do not that long ago when a Transformers line popped up first on K-marts website, resulting in many people eagerly ordering their figure, only to recieve a Deluxe from the older current line rather then the new one they had thought they were going to get.

When Transformers Alternators were all the rage, I had ordered 2 different ones (Grimlock and I can't remember the other). K-Mart, instead, sent me 2 model cars instead.

Also, online listings mean nothing, sorry.
