Question about the TOS DVD Box sets

I've been seeing the two halves of season 1 for somewhat lower prices lately, and at least in the case of Season 1, Volume 1 with a different cover. So I'm wondering, did they start re-releasing the series? Because I need to get season 2, but if their re-releasing, then I'll wait a little while and see if I can get it cheaper.

Theres alot of different ways the show was released....

Theres the 4 standard volumes, wich gives you the best value.

There was the hot topic versions, the best buy versions, the walmart/WB shop versions..... most of them will never be complete.... except for the 4 standard sets with the colored tops. Hope this helps in a nut shell.
