I did a search on the web and came across some concept art that hints at what we saw in Episode 7. Plus the designs of some vehicles and Mum-ra's ship.

you'll see the catapult , the thundertank/ racers and i think the feliner and the ship from the Ramlak episode. Oh and the suits I think the guards wear, or lion-o's armor (ep. 7) one of the two. I think i saw the Book of Omens, or in this case the scroll of omens it has the big eye in the front.

Don't know how legit it is, but it's still cool. Posted 21 days ago.

Wow, thanks! Great find!

Some of the first concepts look like oddly mixed/warped photos, but the later less-detailed pieces are awesome. Yep, that certainly is the thundertank, the Book, and the fishmen's ship. I wonder if that incredibly huge scorpion-like walking star destroyer thing will appear in the show... looks RAD!

Awesome pics. I hope they release a book of the art in the future.

The only thing that really makes me think this can possibly be legit is the armor that was just on the last episode. Otherwise I'd think it was WAY too detailed to be concept art for a cartoon. It would almost be more work trying to simplify it than it would be to make it in the first place.

Yeah who knows. But the post date makes me wonder only because it was there before the episode aired and people knew what any of these things were. Anyway I would love to see a book. I sure it'll be rad!!!! It inspired me to do some thundercat inspired work. I took a class at gnomon school of visual effects and did a tower of omens of my own.

I know what you mean. I've had artist block for like a year, but since the show aired I'm kicking out tons of Thundercats fanart. lol

Hmmmm we should post here. I think there's a fan art gallery. I'd love to see what people make.

I found a couple of small stills in their gallery

Concept Art - 1188 ART AND DESIGN LTD

I just noticed that there is some concept art for what looks like Battle of the Planets/Gatchaman on there too. It looks like it was for a failed CGI movie that was in the works.

Very Cool. I love seeing the original concept designs... that bike looks way more awesome then the production model. I hope more designs start circulating.

As amazing as it looks, I'm quite glad it wasn't used. the asthetic they went with in those shots, is just strange.

Beautiful designs none the less, just would be better used for something else.
