in a drum and bass track i heard following sentence:

"if in the distant future,someone hears these words...perhaps it is not to late - he posseses the sword,posseses the power of "true?" ..find the blade and u will find your freedom"

here the clip: it starts at 00:20.

im not sure is this maybe jaga ?

can someone help me to figure out from where this is ?
