It's easy as pie. The main part is clear "craft lace" that you can find at most craft stores, I think I bought mine at Walmart. I cut a triangle out of one end to get the forked-tongue look, then cut it to the length I wanted ( you'll need to add an extra inch or so to the desired length). The handle is cut from the ink tube of a ball point pen. The extra inch of the whip should get threaded in first, then thread the forked end through, and pull it until you get the loop at the opposite end. It will be nice and tight in the tube, but you can add a drop of glue if you really want to lock it in place. Good luck!

Thanks a lot for the instructions! This is awesome! I don't have the tower playset yet, so don't have the clear Tygra, but Im planning on getting one and making this wicked custom whip. Very cool! Thanks again!
