I opened Panthro today as my won was dying to play with him and put him in the Thundertank.

What is the deal with the inconsistency on the articulation with these figures?

Why are both of Panthro's legs attached and not on ball joints? You move one leg up to put him in a sitting position and it moves the other leg as well.

Would have also liked a chain link wepaon as opposed to solid plastic.

haha don't worry about it. Try moving them separately and you will hear a little snap but they will be fine. Its like something got stuck in there. Mine had the same problem but I just barely moved them apart and it loosened up and didn't break.

Yeah, seems to be a consistent problem. A lot of us have had that same problem with the leg pegs being fused together, but they will snap apart no problem like raiden225005 said.

I have seen alot of complains about the panthro figure's legs. Mine however did not have this issue and was fine straight out of the package. He went straight from the package into the thundertank, and no issues with bending the legs. Who knows though, could be some paint that did not fully dry on some runs of this figure and caused these tight/locked joints?
