if done right, would it hurt or help the value of restoring vintage t-cats figures which are prone to lots of paint loss in certain areas
just curious |

Any paint touche-ups to any vintage figure really is not recomended and frowned upon by collectors. The value of the figure will go down and the paint would be removed(if you sold it). If you want to do this for your own collection, then do it if you want. If you sell the figures you could run into problems from buyers if the paint touche-ups are not in the description. I personally would not do it...ever.
