Hey guys,
I'm considering molding and casting the sword of omens from the original vintage line (I have all the equipment and materials to do it). I recently came across a sword of omens that WASN'T bent, droopy or otherwise deformed. It would make a great mold! What I want to do is cast it in HARD PLASTIC and then have the swords vac metal treated to give them a professional chroming. Would anyone be interested in these? I estimate they'd cost around $25-$30 each to produce. Thanks! |

I think theres a guy on ebay who casts them in actual metal. Itd be cool to see yours, just dunno if your going for sales if it would be worth it after making the mold and chroming. Ive lost a ton of money making repro parts that no one needed lol

I agree. It really depends on price - I assume the first one would be costly since the mold and such need to be made, but then perhaps after that the cost would go down...
