Has anyone else had issues with the cockpit lifting door being loose? I've had 2 of these that both have the same issue, almost like the door was made bigger then what it was supposed to be to connect and so when lifting it open it just falls off with no force at all.

Had the same issues with cockpit. I Just squeezed the ends together and then it was fine. I agree that the tank is not well made. Wait til you get the bikes if you haven't already they do not attach well.

Rather disappointed.

The cockpit door is AWESOME but wont stay on.

I also find the clips that hold the claws on flimsy so if you move the tank around too much, they pop off espsecially if you add both Thunderracers.
