Why is 6inch Cheetara getting gyped in articulation?

Hopefully the pictures we have seen are not the final product, but if so, why is Cheetara getting gyped in articulation? She has no waist rotation, no double jointed knees and elbows, and no bicep rotation. Yet, everyone else gets all of those in the 6inch line.
