New member; new costume pics!
 

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I've always been a huge Thundercat fan, and was psyched when the series was revamped this year. My fiancee and I decided to do a Thundercat theme this year for halloween, so we made our own costumes and were a big hit at the first party last night. Figured someone might be interested in seeing the pics: she's a great Cheetara, and I'm pretty happy with my last minute, 2011 Lion-O costume (it will be getting more work done before next weekend's big party, especially the claw). Let me know what you think!

Nice, and welcome! Me and a friend (Well most of my friends) Are in to costuming, and we're planning to do Wilykit and Kat cosplay for a con too.

Awesome job! I had planned on cosplaying as 2011 Lion-O for Anime Expo 2012, but it doesn't look possible anymore. :/

Thanks everyone! I had a blast making the costume, and after some tweaking, I'll post better pics after this weekend (doing a run through Philly on Friday in costume and going to a huge battleship bash on Saturday). Unseen in the pic is the shoulder armour (which I'm very happy with) and the Vibram Five Fingers that really grab the cat-foot look. Wilykit and kat sounds like an awesome idea GK Punk; hope it comes out great. SerahGetzlaf15, hope it turns around for you.

If your costumes look good as a "last minute" thing, I can't wait to see them completed!
