Stiffen, or straighten?

If it's the latter, I'd try the method I've used to straighten all of my classic swords: turn on one of your stove's burners to medium, and hold the sword just above the burner (not ON the burner, obviously, nor close enough to burn yourself!), letting the plastic get just a bit soft...not too soft, or it'll be tough to work with. Once it's malleable, straighten it out - it'll cool as you do - and once it's nice n' straight, open your freezer and hold it in the cold air for a bit...it'll get nice & cool, and as it's now hardened up, you'll have a straight li'l sword. :)

Boil it or put a hair dryer on it for about a minute, turn on the cold water, hold the sword's blade straight as you put it under the cold water and there you go, no more bent blade.

Yeah, it's never lasted for me either. I've seen people post about coating it with clear fingernail polish, but I haven't tried it.

this might sound silly , what i do is just rotate the swords every now and then and let gravity do the trick , letting it bed the other way
