Mystery solved!

Pretty sure my Mumm-ra was from the McDonalds corporate office. The auction location was 20 miles away from headquarters. Seller bought bag full of toys at local Goodwill type...

Mystery ThunderCats McDonald's Mumm-ra (2013)

Now this is puzzling. A McDonalds Happy Meal Toy marked 2013.

After an exhaustive search I cannot find anything else about this mystery Mumm-ra online. Best guess is that it's a foreign release....
