This is a sample figure from the cancelled Pursuit of Cobra line of Arctic Snake-Eyes. This figure later saw release in the Pursuit of Cobra line as (ironically enough) Desert Battle Snake-Eyes. The most notable difference between the release figure and this sample is that this version is highlighted in blue and has a white visor, as well as different accessories as well has having the Rise of Cobra Logo on the jacket.
