It does not matter anyway whether or not she has chosen, because she will not hurt either brother's feelings as with the highest good thing,interviews and other facts. If she has chosen brother A than knows she is hurting brother b and vice versa then she will not really choose either brothers (open or close triangle), thus the SoO chip theory, another factor to help her choose.
