Personally, I thought Cheetara was older than what she is, so I guess it's just one of those things.

Her eyes are not all that round, and she looks like she will be a bit on the tall side. She has fuller, filled in lips and the shape of her face is more pointy than the average anime girl.

Can't stand the hair and I was hoping she was older.

Well, people who have a loli complex might think she is sexy.
