Was the '05 sword an official production? (I'm having a hard time finding information on it). While I'd love to see the new show's sword get a mass produced replica, I'm not going to count on it happening. If it does, that's great, but if it doesn't, it's not too huge of a loss, imho. Even if they did one, it wouldn't be the exact same design as this one. It'd be based off the same design, but certain changes would probably need to be made for mass production. Especially if it was Noble Collection handling it.

We'll just have to wait and see.
