To make a long story short...

1) Zero updates from my order that was supposedly consistent of In-Stock wares for two weeks.
2) Customer Service rep did not reply to emails.
3) Two direct calls yields that my order *DID NOT EXIST*
4) Rep instructs me to issue a PayPal dispute in order to verify/fix the order blunder.
5) I request email/written proof regarding the issue *and* verification for the order ship.
6) No email from rep, but my order arrives, but looks like one box was drop-kicked multiple times. (Considering said item is a 'Con exclusive, a bent box... FFS)

Anyone else having problems with them? Really, I enjoy their wares, but this experience is a good deal frustrating... don't you think?
