Cheetara dropped the flower and she was exhausted and dehydrated. It probably took her a while to get back on her feet. The flower would have been gone. How can it be intact if it is in her wrist band.

If she knew that she was apart of the problem why make it worse.

Yeah, the episode shows Tygra mind illusion powers in the Astral Plane, so it adds up to the episode story flow if it's being concluded with Tygra having Mind Illusion Powers conjuring the fake Cheetara with or without him knowing it.
