If the rumor is true then they may very well be looking for the young girls to play the part of younger selves of two Twin characters (as a flashback scene or something). This is just a guess on this writer's side. Who knows?

Back in February there were some rumors circulating around the internet mentioning the Crimson Twins in the sequel yet portrayed much differently than we know. Could this casting news be that rumor coming to life?
