I honestly don't remember them ever mentioning any 8" modern figures. If they ever did, then they've been canned from the line. The only 8" scaled figures we're getting are the Classics.

Though I do have to admit that it would have been nice to be able to have both Classic and modern figures in the same scale. That's why I sorta wish they had done the Classics at the 6" scale, rather than the 8" scale.
