Now I think Bandai is just creating variations to sell more figures or possibly adressing some kind of safety issue. I found the Deluxe Tygra with a short whip. The 1st release of Tyra 4" had a short whip and the 1st releas Deluxe had a long whip. Now there switching them around. What's up with that Bandai? Here's some pic's.
