Hall of Omens

Hey all, Cap'N Cracka here. Welcome to my FULL collection. The Thundercats: Hall of Omens. Get it... Hall of Omens (HoO). Thundercats HOO!! Hahaha. i'm a nerd I know.

For years i have been updating my non-figure collection but I decided to go ahead and put my full collection, As well as how it is displayed. It is an ever altering and evolving process because with every piece I add, the more I need to rearrange. I can't lie, it is a fun time. Just check back here recently if you want to see the full collection. It is going to take me awhile to get ALL the pictures up but I will. So bare with me as i get my full Hall of Omens collection loaded. But like I said, check back frequently, because I will be updating randomly until I get the over 400 items up.

I am always looking to put together knew unique pieces of Thundercats history and memorabilia so you may see some interesting things from time to time. One such piece is the custom Hall of Omens artwork that is used as my avatar. That is the Hall of Omens. I also write the fan fiction series Thundercats: Hall of Omens. In the series, this plays a big role in the story line. You can see the similarities to the story line and my collection. Both house the Treasure of Thundera, and the history of Thundercats! Again, I know I need to get out more. But for all those interested I will post the description of the Hall of Omens role in the series in my thread in the Fan Art section so feel free to head over there to take a read. Please forgive the poor grammar but I usually get excited and post them before they are edited. My collection doesn't stop with actual pieces of Thundercats memorabilia. I am also a fan of tattoos. So of course combining the two was going to happen. These tattoos are not finished but I will update as it progresses. These are not the only ones I have planned so check back if you are interested in seeing what I am adding in the future.

**I have since added to the Captain Cracker piece on my forearm. I just have to get a picture of it. but if you look on the picture with me on the Thundercats Big Wheelm you can see the Jolly Roger Flag behind him.**

I said before I like the unique and different pieces of Thundercats memorabilia and i like to make some myself. This is a picture of my good looking self wearing one of my Thundercats bandanas. I have made one of these in pretty much every color I could find. One day, when I get the time, I will lay them all out so you can see them. I also have a few pairs of Thundercats basketball shorts, baseball jerseys, wristbands and other random apparel. I have worked in to my every day attire. hahaha. and yes that is also me as a Thundercat(who you can find in the fan fiction series) rocking my my spikes in blue and all my piercings.. and yes....i have weird(fun) hair. i know.

Wow, as always its great to see all of the oddities. I am pretty jealous of all of the complete figures! Really enjoyed seeing the tattoos. Keep us updated.

Definitely!! I was actually just talking to my buddy who does my tattoos, Dopie, from Por Vida Tattoo in Bensalem PA, and we are scheduling another time to add color and to finish that leg. After that leg, I am moving onto the right leg with Mumm-ra, the Mutants, and some other villains.

I really like the art of you as a Thundercat. Any particular reaoson why you chose the 3 sectional staff as your weapon?

Thank you Thunder Jedi! As for the 3 sectional staff, I wanted to keep things original and give them a cool twist in the fan fiction series and in the background of the character he is a reformed thief and being a tiger he was not welcome in Thundera. But he still went there in secret and after getting into an incident and being weaponless( it is mentioned he lost his weapons before he decided to go to Thundera), he decides that he needs to have something to protect himself. In Thunderian Marketplace he sees a cat with a pair of nunchucks tucked away, he tries to steal them and unfortunately for him it is Panthro. There is a lot more to the story but the 2 end up training together and becoming good friends, and the 3 sectional staff is actually a gift from Panthro.

I put the Thundercats Live Show promo photo in a frame and added it to that section of the room. and please excuse the bareness of the one corner where the pinball machine and big wheel are. The pinball machine is only temporarily there. i have a big plan for this corner but don't have everything I need yet to put it together there.

Does anyone else think in the picture of the vintage Thundercats guns that the gray one on the left looks remarkably close to how Tygra's blaster looks in the 2011 series??? I doubt that it was intended. But I think it is cool that they look somewhat similar. Well, I think they look a like anyway.

Its hard to tell in the photos but this is all below the original LJN line collection and the 2011 series that is on the wall.

That is the near complete comic original comic series. I think i am missing an issue though but off hand i dont recall. Next to that is the Wildstorm Thundercats comic series. Missing maybe 3? at the most. there were just so many variants haha. The black binders all have the Thundercats logo on the front which you cant see in the pictures. One binder has a complete set of the Thundercats trading cards that came out for the 2011 series. Another has my collection of the UK comics. I still only have a handful of those as of now. The other binder has a complete set of the original series Thundercats coloring books, the sticker book, some Ads, and such. i will put a full run down later. Also the notebook collages are on that shelf. You can also see the complete set of the latest Thundercats UK magazine.

While looking at these pictures this arrangement came to me and i think these two items have found there place. They seemed like they were just kinda hanging out before. (if you aren't sure what two i am speaking about, they are the Thunder blaster and Lizard lazer)

Happy to say that in the upcoming weeks the photographer Jasemine-Denise will be spending sometime in the Hall of Omens and capturing the collection from her unique point of view, and I can not wait !!! Jasemine-Denise has a great eye and I'm excited to see her photos from the shoot!!! As soon as I have them, I will share them.
