Wow! I am very impressed. I have always wanted to do this myself, but dont feel like I have that kind of talent. Nice work!

Its all about practice!I mean ive done a few figures now and i started on very cheap figures so if i mess-up i could just bin it....my first was a berbil and it was just the silver, then i moved up....i've done captian cracker(head was worn soo did that looks good thats in my collection)captain shiner (hands were worns soo repainted all the blue) i don't want to blow big money on my collection but i do want it to look great and clean!soo for me the touch ups are the way forward,i mean these to cost me £5.00 for both then 4 nights of doing little bits and waiting for the paints to dry!worth it in the end i think .... thanks for looking and leave a message if you like

That sounds like fun. I do have a few beat up ones that I acquired in lots that I could practice on. How much do the supplies usually cost for painting?

You have major talent. Keep up the great work. What kind of paint did you use? I tend to use acrylics for my touch-ups.

Lucien thanks for the good feed back,I use acrylics but always finish with a clear satin finish just seems to make the finish more like the original paints and it protects the hard work you've just put in!

Addssse yeah its always good to practice before you do a full repaint (don't jump in the deep end before you can swim)my paint kit has taken years to build up,I use to do airfix models as a kid and kept my brushes and that from there but as for the paints there no more than £3 in hobby craft!I'm in the UK so prices will be different else were!get the prime colours a black and white and you'll be able to mix any colour! If you do have a go please share before and after pictures. ...good luck
