I recently ordered a 4 inch 2011 Wilykit figure. I was disapointed when it had no neck. The head was flat against its shoulders.
I since have found one that has a neck.
Is this kind of quality problem common? What do others have?

You have to pull her head Up to reveal her neck, they push her head down so that she may fit in the packaging.
Don't ask me why they don't just make the packaging A little bigger.
Is a thing with every Wilykit figure that I've seen.
Either in person or in reviews, but your figure is all right.
You just have to pull her head up, but not too hard.

Thanks! I never opened the one that didn't appear to have a neck. The other one the head won't go down.

no problem, always happy to help.
I had to extend the neck with my Wilykit as well, as I said before it seems to be a common thing with Wilykit figures.
